2009 Goals

So, my director Marlene asked us to send her our goals. Here they are:

Red Jacket: I want my red jacket like yesterday. I have 2 great recruits right now and if I get one more I will be in my red jacket. I want to find my next one in the next few days!

Team Leader: I need 5 people to be a team leader. I'm giving myself until January 31st for this. I have to get this going!

DIQ: I need 12 recruits to go into Director in Qualification. I want to be there by March 31.

Director: I want to finish DIQ by July 31 and I'll need a minimum of 30 people at that time.

A New Year!

I've always thought of starting my own blog. I was reading Tiburon's blog today and I thought, why not start my own? I've been thinking that I need some web space to promote my Mary Kay business and until I'm a director with access to a unitnet site for my unit, I thought this might be a good place.

I'm looking forward to the start of the New Year! 2009 is going to bring big changes in my life that will start once I go into DIQ with Mary Kay. DIQ stands for "Director in Qualification". I need to start working now in order to be in DIQ before the summer. I would like to be a director by the time we go to Seminar in Dallas in August!

Directorship will bring me many things! I will be driving my first Mary Kay career car (a Pontiac G6 in Powder Grey), more money from commissions, and a unit of my own full of wonderful women! Some I already have in my life and other's whom God has not shown me yet. I can't wait to see who they are. I fully believe God has a plan and I know He will bring many different types of people my way!

Time for me to get out there and WORK!
